    In an op-ed for the Huffington Post, Professor Bradley Borden examines Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's tax return and how it exemplifies the inequalities of the American tax system. He argues that the tax code structure allows rich Americans, such as Romney, to amass wealth at lower tax rates than those struggling to make ends meet on minimal wages, such as the custodians at Romney's company, Bain Capital. He describes this disparity as "the most basic form of class warfare," and argues that, "We should do all we can to eliminate the inequity that tilts our system in favor of the super-rich. Eliminating the tax breaks available to the rich is a good place to start."
