Let us help you make informed decisions

The Career Development Center offers large and intimate career related panels and information sessions, a mentorship programs, and workshops to help guide students in established and developing practice areas, as well to develop job search skills. We partner with student organizations to develop year-round programming tailored to your interests and needs.

Career Conversations Fair

Our annual Career Conversations Fair in the fall is an invaluable opportunity to network and learn firsthand about legal practice areas and career paths from law practitioners. Now in its second decade, more than 50 alumni, spanning about 2 dozen practice areas, gather to converse informally with students about careers in the Law.

Brown Bag Lunches

Throughout the academic year, this series is an opportunity to meet attorneys in a more intimate setting and provides greater insight into practice areas and career paths.

Skills Workshops

Develop the vital and sophisticated job search, interviewing and networking skills you will need to land a job and build a successful career.

Mentor Program

We match experienced attorneys with second, third, and fourth year students who express an interest in a particular practice area, building one-on-one relationships with knowledgeable alumni. This program provides a valuable link between the law school experience and the practicalities of a legal career.

Remote Alumni Advisors

Brooklyn Law School Remote Alumni Advisors is a group of alumni who are serving as remote mentors, coaches, or sounding boards for our students.
