Programs, Workshops, and Receptions

Coffee Chat Conversations (Fall)

Sponsor a Coffee Chat and connect with first-year law students in a relaxed, small-group setting. These informal conversations provide an excellent opportunity to introduce your organization, share insights about your practice, discuss career paths, and build meaningful relationships with students early in their legal education. Coffee Chats are an effective way to increase your firm's visibility and establish a personal connection with future candidates.

1L Practice Networking Reception (Fall)

Brooklyn Law School alumni are invited to connect with first-year students for an evening of support and encouragement as students practice reception networking skills. Employers and alumni can provide feedback that will help students in the numerous networking receptions they will have access to throughout the fall and spring semesters.

Meet the Firms (Fall)

Meet the Firms introduces first-year students to leading law firms and provides employers with an opportunity to showcase their organizations, practice areas, and recruiting opportunities. This signature networking event helps students gain exposure to the legal market while allowing firms to connect with a broad pool of talented future candidates.

Alumni Mock Interview Week (Fall & Spring)

Fall Big Law Alumni Mock Interview Week

Designed to prepare first-year students for the highly competitive summer associate recruiting process, this program pairs students with alumni attorneys for realistic interview experiences and individualized feedback.

Spring Alumni Mock Interview Week

Employers and alumni work with students across class years to strengthen interviewing skills, improve confidence, and provide practical guidance ahead of summer and post-graduate recruiting opportunities.
