The Constitution and the Court
The work of brilliant minds, the United States Constitution stands as a model of cooperative statesmanship and the art of compromise. Join us for Brooklyn Law School’s annual Constitution Day program on September 17, the anniversary of the document's signing in 1787.
Constitutional Law faculty – Professors Bill Araiza, Joel Gora, Susan Herman, and Nelson Tebbe – will discuss the recent term of the Supreme Court, including decisions on the right to marry, voting rights, affirmative action, and freedom of speech.
A question-and-answer session will follow the program.
