Edward De Barbieri, formerly director of the Urban Economic Development Clinic, assistant professor of clinical law, and counsel to the Center for Urban Business Entrepreneurship at Brooklyn Law School, was appointed director of the Community Development Clinic at Albany Law School. (3/1/2017)

Arielle Frost was promoted to of counsel at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. She joined the firm in 2011 as an associate in its transactional real estate department. She represents clients in an array of real estate matters, including retail and office leasing, mortgage financings, joint ventures, and purchase and sale transactions. (7/18/2016)

Elan A. Gershoni joined DLA Piper as an associate in the firm’s Miami office. His practice focuses on representing companies, directors, and officers in securities litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and bankruptcy proceedings. (3/1/2017)

Allan J. Rotlewicz, previously an associate at Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell in Miami, joined Anchor Insurance Holdings as corporate counsel. Anchor Insurance is based out of St. Petersburg, Florida, and primarily writes homeowner’s insurance in catastrophe-prone areas. (6/16/2017)
