This course will cover the negotiation of commercial leases, office leases, entire premises leases, ground leases, and retail leases, as well as subleases and other occupancy agreements, and will cover the major components of leases and the different ways in which they address business issues. depending on the nature of the transaction. Related topics, such as work letters, non-disturbance agreements and leasehold mortgage financing will also be discussed.
