Clinic - Real Estate/Community Dev Ext. Development Practicum

The externship provides an opportunity for students who have already completed a relevant placement in the Civil Practice Externship or students who have completed the Transactional/Community Development Externship to undertake another placement for 12 hours a week without a seminar. Students submit journals to the Professor and meet with her three times during the semester as a group to reflect on learning through work experience and brainstorm about common issues. Many of the same placements listed for the transactional/community development externship are available.
