Ms. Haines is Deputy Chief of the Homicide Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Columbia. She has been called “one of the premier homicide prosecutors in the country.” She has handled several high-profile cases, including the murder of former federal intern, Chandra Levy, which resulted in a conviction in November 2010. She was also the lead prosecutor in the murder trials of Shaquita Bell and New York Times reporter David Rosenbaum.
This is a unique program that brings back graduates who have excelled in their field of work to meet with students in an intimate setting over lunch or dinner. The graduates discuss their career paths and achievements since Law School, imparting practical advice along the way, and respond to questions from students.
