Subscriptions
Current subscription rates are as follows: $11.00 per volume (two volumes for $20.00); $6.00 per issue, media mail. Please enclose a check, payable to "Journal of Law and Policy, Brooklyn Law School," with your order. Subscriptions are renewed automatically upon expiration unless the subscriber sends notice of termination. All notifications of change of address should include both old and new addresses, including zip codes. Please notify the Journal one month in advance to ensure prompt delivery.
Unless a claim is made for non-receipt of issues within one year of the mailing date, the Journal cannot replace those issues free of charge.
Single and Back Issues
Back issues beginning with Volume II are available from the editorial offices, One Boerum Place, 3rd Floor, Brooklyn, New York 11201. For single issues prior to Volume II, microform, and CD-ROM, contact William S. Hein & Co., Inc., 1285 Main Street, Buffalo, New York 14209.

The Journal invites authors to submit unpublished articles that articulate original viewpoints and policy arguments pertaining to current legal, political and legislative issues. The Journal accepts hard-copy and electronic submissions. Hard copies should be typed, double-spaced and submitted in duplicate. Electronic submissions should be in Microsoft Word format. Authors should submit a current résumé or curriculum vitae with their article. We regret that such manuscripts cannot be returned except on receipt of postage and handling fees of $4.00.
