Mark Noferi joined the legal writing faculty in 2010. Professor Noferi’s research interests focus on immigrants’ rights, with interests in immigration law, criminal law, constitutional law, and administrative law. He teaches a seminar on immigrants' civil rights, serves as faculty advisor to BLS’ Immigration Court Observation Project, and has assisted BLS’ Safe Harbor asylum clinic. Before joining Brooklyn Law School, Professor Noferi was a Public Interest Fellow at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice.
