No. Applicants to law school should not provide parents’ information on the FAFSA. All law students are considered independent for Federal Financial Aid.

Yes. Every spring, prior to the academic year,  you must complete and submit your FAFSA, and your Brooklyn Law School Application for Financial Aid. If you are interested in applying for a Need Grant, you must also complete the Need-Access Application. The deadline for Financial Aid for all continuing students is April 30.

The Office of Financial Aid is located at 1 Boerum Place, on the second floor. We are conveniently located near the Registrar’s office and Student Accounts. You do not need an appointment to meet with a financial aid counselor.
