Technology in Law and Practice
As the legal system slowly acclimates to new developments and processes, technology literacy is quickly becoming a bar requirement for attorneys all over the country. This course focuses on developing areas of legal tech and analyzing issues at the various intersections of law, technology, and policy. Additionally, students will learn how to effectively use widely adopted legal platforms and security methods to keep themselves and their future practice safe. In addition, students will also gain an understanding on why such conduct is important and be ready for a technology-heavy legal future.
