Reentry Law and Advocacy
Reentry Law and Advocacy is a practice-oriented experiential seminar covering the legal landscape facing people after a criminal conviction, including collateral consequences, record relief, employment, housing, public benefits, fines and fees, parole and supervision, immigration, and class action systems-change strategy. Students work in teams on final projects with NYC partner organizations, producing polished work products the partners can use.
