Practicum: Torts

This is a two-credit, pass/fail summer course designed to help incoming law students build core skills for 1L success. Paired directly with Torts, the course provides guided practice in reading and briefing cases, outlining, effective studying, and exam writing. Through hands-on exercises, practice questions tied directly to the Torts curriculum, and frequent opportunities for individualized feedback, this course will help students understand what law school exams require and build confidence heading into the rest of the academic year.
