Antitrust Law
This course will cover the laws, precedents and policies that comprise competition law in the United States. We will focus on collusive restraints, monopolization, mergers and the relationship between antitrust and other important public policies, such as promoting innovation. Because antitrust is ever-evolving and often front-page news, discussions of legal precedents will be supplemented with discussions of real-world hypotheticals and current events.
