Biography
Professor Fisher is the Director of Bar Preparation at Brooklyn Law School. He joined the school’s Academic Support team in August 2024.
Prior to joining the Law School, Professor Fisher practiced employment litigation in New York and California, representing employees across diverse industries and backgrounds in class and collective actions, with a particular focus on ERISA and WARN Act cases. From 2021-2024, he also served as an adjunct professor at Pace University’s Haub School of Law, teaching first-year legal writing courses.
Professor Fisher earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and holds a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He is currently admitted to practice in California, Florida, and New York, the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, all California District Courts, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Third and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
