Qualifications for Family HousingStudents applying for family housing should note the following requirements:

- In the case of a minor child, a birth certificate, adoption papers, or evidence that an adult member of the family is the minor child’s guardian.
Responsibility of Licensee
The obligation to pay rent for families residing in Law School residence halls will be the sole responsibility of the licensee of the family. The School will look solely to the licensee of the family to fulfill that obligation. No relief from the obligation will be available for the licensee if his or her status in the family changes during the license period. All applications for family housing will be reviewed by the Office of Student Affairs before being approved.
