A prolific scholar of labor law, antitrust law and jurisprudence, Gary Minda joined the faculty in 1978. He is the author of several books that address ideology and postmodernism, and has studied Michael Davitt, a 19th century Irish revolutionary leader and thinker. He served as a Reader in Residence at Trinity College in Dublin, where he researched the Davitt biography.

Professor Minda has been a distinguished visiting professor of law at several law schools around the country. He chaired the Association of American Law Schools’ Section on Law & Interpretation.
