Constitution Day

From questionable ethical standards to an unprecedented leak and decisions suggesting partisan politics are influencing the highest court in the land, the question must be asked: Is the Supreme Court Out of Control?

Following introductory remarks by Dean David Meyer, Professors William Araiza, Wilfred U. Codrington III, and Susan Herman will address this question, as well as questions from the audience.

Refreshments will be served, and all attendees will receive a pocket-sized copy of the U.S. Constitution!
