The Constitution and the Court in Times of Crisis
Please join us for Brooklyn Law School’s annual program in observance of Constitution Day.
The Supreme Court will begin its 2020 term on Monday, October 5, and will address constitutional issues related to the pandemic and election that are currently roiling the country. BLS Professors Susan Herman, William Araiza, and Wilfred Codrington will explore the role of the courts, especially the Supreme Court, in deciding public health and voting rights issues, and discuss some other groundbreaking cases on the Supreme Court’s docket in 2020 and 2021.
