Book Workshop on “The Right of Redress”

This workshop will bring leading private law theorists to Brooklyn Law School to discuss draft chapters of Professor Andrew Gold's book manuscript, "The Right of Redress."

Topics covered will include the theory of contracts, torts, corrective justice, civil recourse, and equity. Questions in moral philosophy and political theory will also be discussed.
