About the Panel Discussion
This panel will discuss important themes from Fiduciary Government(Cambridge University Press, 2018), including: what the State or public officials owe to the State's citizens and others affected by State authority; how fiduciary principles bear on State legitimacy and the obligations that citizens owe to the State; how fiduciary principles can address problems of corruption; and how fiduciary principles relate to representative government.
