Professional Resp. for Public Interest
This course examines the ethical responsibilities and dilemmas faced by lawyers through the lens of public interest practice and the representation of otherwise unrepresented groups and individuals. Through case studies, discussions, and readings, students will explore the unique ethical challenges encountered in public interest law practice and develop strategies for navigating these challenges with integrity and professionalism. The course is intended for students who are interested in exploring ethical issues in the public interest context, regardless of where they intend to work after graduation.
