Legal Malpractice Seminar
This seminar examines the costly problem of legal malpractice with attention to causes of action against attorneys for harms attributable to professional negligence and other violations of judge-made and statutory law. Materials come from all over the U.S. but we pay particular heed to the law of New York, and consider policy as well as doctrine. Taking the course satisfies the law school's professional responsibility requirement
