Fiduciary Law
Fiduciary Law covers a wide range of important legal relationships, including: lawyer-client, doctor-patient, agent-principal, director-shareholder, guardian-ward, and trustee-beneficiary. Fiduciary principles have even been applied to members of Congress and to the relation between the State and its citizens. This seminar will study central doctrines and concepts that underpin the field of Fiduciary Law, as developed in a variety of settings. Method of Evaluation: Letter grade, P/F option can be used. Can be used to satisfy the Upper-Class Writing Requirement.
