Directed Research
Under the direction of a faculty member, this course provides the student with an opportunity to research a particular area of the law of interest to the student. The student will be required to submit reports on the research project or drafts of his or her papers at specified deadlines during the semester. Students will be graded in part on the research reports submitted during the semester and the final written product. The student is responsible for securing the consent of a faculty member to direct the research project who will establish a schedule of meetings and deadlines throughout the semester. Grading and Method of Evaluation: Letter grade only. Does not satisfy the upper class writing requirement.
