Corporate Governance & Technology

This course helps law students pioneering unexplored spaces at the intersection of corporate law, technology, & society. It provides students with a better understanding of the legal framework that governs the relationship between corporate governance and technology, it leads students into the investigation of how technology affects-and will affect corporate law and policy-and it brings to the forefront a number of ESG matters that will be significantly impacted by the development of new technology and its diffusion across society. This course requires an active participation of students. A significant part of the learning experience consists of students' presentations, in-class discussions, research, and writing. Grading: Letter Grade Only
