Clinic - Sports Law Seminar

This course is the corequisite seminar for students enrolled in the Sports Law Clinic. The seminar provides students with the knowledge, skills, and professional orientation to support them in their clinic work. Readings, assignments, and discussions address substantive sports law topics, current legal developments affecting athletes, and the professional role and responsibilities of attorneys serving clinic clients. Students will participate in simulations that teach interviewing, counseling, negotiating, and advocacy skills.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:
Letter grade only.
