Civil Discovery - Practicum

Students work on significant aspects of discovery in the context of a simulated federal civil trial, including drawing up a discovery plan, drafting interrogatories and document requests, meeting and conferring with adversaries, conducting depositions of lay and expert witnesses, participating in court conferences, and preparing to file a motion to compel. Students cannot take this course if they have taken Discovery Workshop. Grading and Method of Evaluation: Letter grade
