  • PDF – Secure electronic PDFs can be emailed to selected email addresses.
  • Paper – Paper transcripts can be mailed to an address specified by the student or picked up in person at 111 Livingston, 21st Floor.

There is a $4 fee per transcript. Credit/debit card payment must be made via the National Student Clearinghouse in order for a transcript request to be processed. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.

Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.

Please note: if you have a hold or holds on your student record, you can still submit a transcript request. You must resolve the hold(s) within 30 days of your request, otherwise your transcript order will be cancelled. As long as your hold(s) is resolved within those 30 days, your transcript will be processed according to the order type and delivery time frame you selected. The fee for your transcript order will be charged to your payment account once the order is processed.
