    Tom Ginsburg, Leo Spitz Professor of International Law, Ludwig and Hilde Wolf Research Scholar, Professor of Political Science, University of Chicago Law School, will speak on "How to Lose (and Save) Constitutional Democracy."

    Our Faculty Workshops are only open to faculty and a small group of students. These workshops provide the group with an opportunity to discuss works in progress by Law School faculty and other legal scholars.

    Students may rsvp for a workshop at any time by emailing studentrsvp@brooklaw.edu; please put the name and date of the workshop in the subject line. Students will be chosen through a lottery and notified a day prior to the workshop.
