Brooklyn Law School’s new LL.M. program was voted “Best general LL.M. program” behind Columbia University in the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings.
The winners of the 2011 NYLJ Reader Rankings were part of a special supplement in the NYLJ September 12 issue, the largest-selling legal daily in the U.S. Based on the opinions of more than 4,200 lawyers and legal professionals, the 2011 NYLJ Reader Rankings cover a wide range of categories related to the legal profession.
“It’s a tremendous honor to be recognized by the legal community,” Professor Lawrence Solan, who helped establish the program, said. “We have worked hard to develop a program that is designed to meet the educational and professional priorities of the students who choose to enroll in it. We are delighted to see our straightforward approach receive attention so quickly.”
