    Erik F. Gerding, an Associate Professor from the University of Colorado Law School, will speak about his newly- released book “Law, Bubbles, and Financial Regulation." The book examines the interaction of asset price bubbles and financial regulation. Since 2003, Professor Gerding has been working on projects involving securities, financial and corporate law during bubbles, and financial crises and periods of market volatility.
