    The Brooklyn Business Law Association will be hosting a distinguished panel of practitioners with the purpose of introducing students to a fascinating new area of securities litigation – specifically, students will hear about the wave of securities litigation that has arisen from Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and the financial crisis, and some of the key issues being addressed in these cases. Panelists will include Prof. David Woll '87, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP; Steve Fitzgerald of Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP, and Alexander Drylewski '09 of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
