    CANCELLED to be rescheduled

    Thursday, November 1
    8:00 – 10:00 pm

    Subotnick Center, 10th Floor
    250 Joralemon Street

Open to BLS Community only. No RSVP required.

The Sara Robbins Spelling Bee was established six years ago in honor of Professor Sara Robbins, a remarkable woman who directed the Brooklyn Law School library for 20 years. The event has been a tremendous success -- every year, students, faculty and alumni compete and raise money for a student scholarship established in honor of the librarian. Tickets cost $5 to participate, and $7 to watch. All proceeds go to the Sara Robbins Memorial Scholarship. If you would like to participate, please send an email to the Student Bar Association Vice President, Andrea Viafara, indicating your interest. There will be food and refreshments, as well as raffles, prizes, and a silent auction.
