Corn, Associate Professor of Law at South Texas College of Law and former Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army. Professor Corn will present his article, “Targeting, Command Judgment, and a Proposed Quantum of Information Component: A Fourth Amendment Lesson in Contextual Reasonableness,” which appears in Volume 77, Issue 2 of the Law Review.
