    7:00 — 10:00 pm

    250 Joralemon Street

The Sara Robbins Spelling Bee was established four years ago in honor of ProfessorSara Robbins, a remarkable woman who directed the BLS library for 20 years. Last year's event was a tremendous success with students, faculty and alumni competing. Over $3,500 was raised through ticket sales, raffles and a silent auction. The money that was raised went to a student scholarship, which was established in Sara’s name.

We are hoping that this year’s Spelling Bee will prove to be even more successful. This year’s Bee will be moderated by Professors Cahill, Serkin and Tebbe. Our goal is to have approximately 50 participants, made up of students, faculty and alumni.
