Ettari was named Counsel of the Electronic Discovery Group at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, an in-house resource composed of litigation technology professionals who evaluate and deploy an evolving set of technological tools. Ettari, who is also a member of the firm’s Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Date Practice Group, focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation and regulatory defense work. Adam B. Ginder was promoted to Chief Operation Officer at MNS, a leading residential brokerage, sales and marketing firm in New York. Jennifer R. Kasman, previously a partner at Friedlander Misler, launched JR Kasman, PLLC, her own real estate and business law firm in Washington, D.C. Kasschau, previously with Jaspan Schlesinger, joined the Uniondale, NY office of Harris Beach PLLC as a partner in the firm's Business and Commercial Litigation and Government Compliance and Investigations Practice Groups. Odelia Levy was appointed Executive Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management at the New York City Department of Education. Levy leads policy implementation and counsels the agency relating to EEO, diversity, and compliance with federal, state and local law.
