Marguerite S. Dougherty was appointed an Interim NYC Civil Court Judge and is sitting in the NYC Criminal Court, Kings County. She previously served as an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase. She joined JPMorgan in August 2012 as its Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for Securities Litigation. Dougherty also worked as a Senior Litigation Associate at Jones Day. She is on the Board of Directors of the Brooklyn Law School Alumni Association and was a member of the Law School’s adjunct faculty, where she taught New York Civil Practice. (3/6/2015)

Nicole George-Middleton was promoted to Senior Vice President, Membership, at ASCAP, The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, the world leader in performing rights and advocacy for music creators. Frank Lieto joined the Norwalk, CT firm, Goldman Gruder & Woods, LLC, as a partner and chair of its Criminal Law and Law Groups. Lieto previously worked for 12 years at the law firm he co-founded, Lieto & Greenberg LLP. He also serves as the Chairman of the Monroe Town Council and has held several other civic appointments, including membership on the Town Council Legislative and Administrative Committee, the Monroe Parks and Recreation Commission and the Economic Development Commission.
