James M. Moschella, co-founder of the firm, Karasyk & Moschella LLP recently expanded his practice and moved to a new location in the Woolworth Building in lower Manhattan. The firm was appointed general counsel to the New York City Police Department’s Detectives’ Endowment Association and Lieutenants’ Benevolent Association unions.
