Elizabeth I. Holland, CEO of Abbell Credit Corporation and Abbell Associates and a former senior staff attorney on the National Bankruptcy Review Commission, was recently elected 2016-2017 chairman of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Abbell Associates is a 75-year-old private real estate acquisition, development and management company with a portfolio of about 3.5 million square feet of shopping center and office space. Pasqualino “Pat” Russo was promoted to partner at Windels Marx LLP, representing transportation clients and specializing in the areas of due diligence, compliance, and corporate investigations. Russo joined the firm in 2012 after 15 years of public service in New York. He is based in the firm’s New York office. (7/18/2016)
