Sherwin Belkin, a founding partner of the New York real estate firm, Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, was featured in an article in The Real Deal, “At the Desk of: Sherwin Belkin,” (Aug. 1, 2015). Belkin focuses his practice on landlord and tenant disputes and real estate administrative proceedings. He is a member of the Landlord and Tenant Committee of the New York State Bar Association and its Special Task Force on Rent Administration and is a member of the Administrative Law Section of the American Bar Association. Weltman also speaks and writes extensively in the area and has published over a dozen books, including Smooth Failing: Top Industry Leaders Share Their Secrets for Turning Their Pain Into Profit (Indigo River Publishing, Feb. 2014).
