  • Based upon student preferences in prior years, we have designated Hotel Touring as the hotel for the program.

Students who wish to secure accommodation through the program and receive our special rates, which are lower than those at hotels of comparable quality, must fill out the online housing application and submit the $400 hotel deposit. Non-students who accompany students will also have to pay the $400 hotel deposit. This deposit can be made by the student through the online application. The hotel deposit becomes non-refundable on March 16, 2018.

If you submit a late application and want to stay at Hotel Touring, please contact the Bologna coordinator. Students who book rooms on their own will not receive the same special rates, and services as students who book through the program.

Students will pay the remaining hotel bill directly to Hotel Touring in Italy. The $400 hotel deposit will be deducted from the bill. When you choose a time frame, you are responsible for the costs of the room during that period. If you arrive earlier or stay later, your student rate is not guaranteed and must be worked out by you and the hotel.
