Perspectives in Legal Analysis II

This course surveys core U.S. legal doctrine in a number of areas such as contracts/sales, criminal law, real property, torts, and wills. Core subjects will be reviewed and analyzed and then serve as the foundation for practical application on the Uniform Bar Examination.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:

Letter grade only. Periodic exams throughout the semester and a final exam will test the students' knowledge in covered doctrine areas through practical application on the Uniform Bar Exam. This yearlong course is open only to students in their final year in law school.
