Jenna M. Adams joined the New York City Department of Transportation as its Director of Legislative Affairs, where she is responsible for drafting legislation to enhance the City’s transportation infrastructure, promote bicycle use, and make the streets safer, and for formulating strategies to advance the Agency's priorities in the City Council and the State Legislature. Adams previously served as Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. (8/26/2015)

Josie Colomar, previously a trusts and estates associate at McGrath Law Offices, joined Withersworldwide, as an associate in its International Wealth Planning Group. She is helping the company to expand its Latin American Planning Group and advising families and individuals on structuring estate plans, including drafting all the necessary documentation. Valerie Durollari Biberaj joined the Kate Spade & Company Foundation as the executive director and Kate Spade & Company as the director of philanthropic programming. She is responsible for grantmaking and programming promoting women’s empowerment in underserved communities in NYC. She previously served as director of development at The Lunchbox Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a daily meal for orphaned and vulnerable school children in township and rural areas of South Africa. Matthew G. Miller joined the New York office of Goldberg Segalla as an associate in the firm's General Liability Practice Group. Miller previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. (10/10/2014)

Alexander Kerzhner, previously with Rosenberg, Fortuna & Laitman, LLP, joined the New York office of Dentons as an associate in its Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice. Kerzhner maintains a broad corporate practice, working with a range of venture capital, private equity and other investors, as well as with technology, media, entertainment and life science companies.
