Ilya Nuzov joined the International Centre on Transitional Justice (ICTJ), an international nonprofit organization, as legal advisor to the president’s office. ICTJ, headquartered in New York City, works to help societies in transition address legacies of massive human rights violations and build civic trust in state institutions as protectors of human rights. Cassandra M. Porter earned her Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. She was recently appointed to the Consumer Privacy Ombudsman Panel for the Third Circuit and Consumer Privacy Ombudsman for the Golfsmith chapter 11 cases filed in Delaware. Porter was recognized at the 2016 Tribute to Women & Industry Awards, an international awards program of the YWCA of Union County. (3/1/2017)

Syracuse joined Perkins Coie as senior counsel in the firm's technology transactions and privacy practice, where he focuses on regulatory, compliance, product review and enforcement matters related to the financial services industry, blockchain and financial technology companies. He was previously associate general counsel for the New York State Department of Financial Services.
