Jennifer Ilanit Gibli, previously associate general counsel and director of corporate compliance at Sharp Electronics Corporation, has joined Webcollage, Inc. as its general counsel. Webcollage is a content management platform that allows brands and manufacturers to deliver rich product content to ecommerce sites. (10/4/2016)

Meredith R. Miller, founder of legal advisory and consultancy firm Miller Law, PLLC, was promoted to professor of law at Touro Law Center, where she will continue to serve as director of solo and small practice initiatives while teaching classes. She joined the faculty in 2006 after serving for two years as an Honorable Abraham L. Freedman fellow and lecturer at Temple University School of Law. (8/29/2016).

Gregory J. Spaun was appointed to the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County, assisting the organization in providing affordable housing for low income families and rebuilding neighborhoods and communities. Spaun is a partner at Welby, Brady & Greenblatt, LLP, where he practices construction and commercial litigation and real estate and property litigation. (3/1/2017)

Vinoo Varghese, founder of Varghese & Associates, P.C., a Manhattan-based criminal defense and white-collar criminal defense firm, recently authored an op-ed, “Why OJ. Simpson Should Still be Killing Time in Prison” for the New York Post (July 20, 2017) on the subject of O.J. Simpson’s parole. (8/18/2017)
