He is responsible for running all aspects of the construction business nationally. Feigin was ranked 35th by Engineering News Record in its list of top 100 construction managers in the United States. Mostel, previously a partner in the New York office of Stroock, Stroock and Lavan in its energy and project finance group, joined the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) as its general counsel and secretary. LIPA is tasked with overseeing electrical service on Long Island, making sure PSEG-Long Island ensures “reliable, economical electric service to 1.1 million customers on Long Island and in the Rockaways.” Prior to practicing law, Mostel held a variety of engineering and management positions with the Brooklyn Union Gas Company where he began in 1970. Wendy S. Weingart was appointed vice president and general counsel of CORE Services Group, Inc., a New York nonprofit agency. CORE's programs and services include emergency and transitional housing for adults, families and runaway youth. CORE also operates an alternative to incarceration program in Brooklyn.
