Francis J. Aquila, partner at Sullivan & Cromwell, was recognized by Law360 as a Mergers and Acquisitions MVP for his work on major deals for clients including Diebold and AB InBev. It is the third time he has received this distinction. He also serves as a member of the Law School’s Board of Trustees. (11/29/2016)

David Edelberg, partner of Cullen and Dykman, was named president of the Bergen County Bar Association. Edelberg focuses his practice on bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, and commercial litigation. (6/1/2017).

Michael D. Grohman was appointed to the board of directors of the Macaulay Honors College Foundation, which seeks to attract private philanthropic support for academic programs and students at Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York. Grohman is managing partner of Duane Morris’ New York office and chair of its wealth planning practice group. (7/13/2016)

Karen Tenenbaum is an attorney with Tenenbaum Law, P.C. in Melville, New York. Her firm is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Karen was recently presented with the Judge Gail Prudenti Top Women in Law Award by Hofstra University School of Law, Center for Children, Families, and the Law and the Future 50 Award by SmartCEO. She was selected as a New York Metro Super Lawyer for the third consecutive year. The New York Law Journal recently listed Tenenbaum Law as a Top 100 Women-Owned law firm in New York. (8/26/2016)
