Roselyn R. Bar was promoted to executive vice president of Martin Marietta, a leading supplier of aggregates and heavy building materials. Bar joined the company in 1994 as assistant general counsel and has held positions of increasing authority, most recently serving as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. David Edelberg, previously with Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman, joined the Hackensack, NJ office of Sokol Behot as a partner. He focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, insolvency law, and commercial litigation. (8/26/2015)

Joseph G. Milizio, managing partner at Vishnick McGovern Milizio LLP, based in Lake Success, New York, has been named Governance Chair of the National MS Society, Long Island Chapter. In this capacity, he leads the committee that establishes and administers the proper procedures for the board of trustees; interviews and approves board candidates; and oversees board members obligations.
