Practice-Ready Legal Research

This course will serve as a bridge from the legal research skills learned in Fundamentals of Law Practice to the research skills you will need when you enter law practice, in an externship or work setting. The focus will be on learning to research efficiently and cost-effectively, and being able to present thorough and reliable research results to a supervisor or court.

Grading and Method of Evaluation:

Letter Grade only. Short assignments plus short final paper are required.

Enrollment Notes:

Students who have earned credit for another advanced legal research course may not enroll in this course.
